Instead of addressing the gap between promise and delivery. I received a threatening email from some guy named Anthony Carrano who confirms the promises the telemarketer recorded for me are inconsistant with their policy posted on their web site and that I will not be receiving the DVD. I would post his response here in its entirety, but he is afraid for his words to be known and specifically stated in the email that I was not to dislose its contents to anyone, so I am respecting his wishes.
